Oahu is the capital island of Hawaii and many people, visitors and locals, seem to enjoy this island. However I go to this island mostly for regal purpose to Consulate General of Japanese or US immigration.

........This is what I have always said about Oahu for 9 years with hope that I could see Oahu more. And I finally made it this time. I, again, went Oahu to visit Consulate General of Japan for passport renewal. However I decided to stay one night this time to see Pearl Harbor.

After deep thinking about itinerary, I decided to fly to Oahu about noon, visit Consulate General of Japan, relax for fist day, then visit Pearl Harbor on second day. It was also rare to fly out Maui on a such late flight.

Kahului airport on Maui. Christmas tree doesn’t help to feel Christmas in Hawaii.

My flight is on time.
